A new way to write for healing & growth

Discover how writing and journaling can help you prepare for a psychedelic experience – and how putting your experiences into words afterwards can help you integrate them more deeply.

A new way to learn from each other

There’s no requirement to share, but your words could inspire many more people. Stories can be long or short, beautifully crafted or beautifully uncrafted. All submissions are welcome.

A new way to connect our journeys

Here you can stay connected to a community of people who are all on a healing path. None of us can do this work alone. Let's support each other and continue learning, sharing and growing together.

Become a
member

Join the circle to access all of the stories from our community, and share your own. You can also join in free online writing sessions and journalling courses (coming soon).

Share your
story

Tell us what you've learned. Write freely about your experiences, or use our guided writing prompts. We'll provide editorial input where needed, and you can be anonymous.

Keep learning
and sharing

We hope this is a place that you return regularly to as your journey unfolds, helping us build a trusted resource for preparation, integration, and ongoing connection.

Leona Ford – Co-founder

Writer, editor & journalling guide, Leona's been a storyteller all of her life. She was a copywriter & brand strategist in the creative industry for over 20 years until her medicine journey helped her see a bigger calling – teaching writing as a tool for personal healing and collective change. Leona offers 1:1 mentoring and online group writing sessions to support people through their psychedelic experiences and beyond. She's also writing a book about journalling and psychedelics for transformation and growth.

Chris Ford – Co-founder

Director of technology & design, Chris built a career in large-scale architectural projects before his healing journey helped him shift his focus to more creative and more meaningful ventures. He's now focused on digital design services, web development, photography, and sustainable architecture. Chris is also a talented musician, playing guitar and drumming for medicine ceremonies, and he's passionate about writing, comedy, surfing and travel.

Julia Ka’iulani Nelson – Research

Director of research, Julia is someone with a deep, life-long interest in getting to the heart of what it means to be human. She studied Anthropology at Stanford University, earned her MBA at Cambridge, and built a career in corporate social responsibility before pivoting into research. Now she’s passionate about applying her wealth of experience to the field of psychedelic research. Julia’s excited to help people unpack their stories, and begin to identify patterns and themes that we can all learn from.
